For mild/moderate Crohns (as determined by CTE and colonoscopy -- chronic active illeitis) limited to TI (ulcer), is it unusual to have no D with some minor bowel changes? And to have only symptom of frequent/constant abdominal pain/cramps that are annoying/worrying yet do not interfere with activities? Even under steroid and Pentasa, does mild CD still result in mild discomfort/pain varying based on condition of the ulcer in the TI? And should one be thankful the symptoms are not worse?
