Vedolizumab

I previously posted about a organ specific drug which doesn't involve the whole system, just the organ or intestine.  Well, today while going through notes to throw out, I came across the name of it.  Does anyone have more advice on this, and is it for crohn's as well as colitis?  Something tells me it won't be available in Canada for a long time?  We're often behind.
