Maaaaaaybe someone here can answer this or direct me to somewhere that can.
I'm taking L-Cysteine on my own volition to attempt amino-acid therapy.
After reading from some sources that NAC is more bioavailable and stable I bought it to try instead, resulting in oddly colored diarrhea.
Why would I tolerate L-Cysteine but not the acetylized version?
