When I have been anemic, I could never bring my levels up with diet. You can google iron rich foods, then look at the list and see which ones you can tolerate. I think iron fortified cereals or pastas might not be a bad idea. If you can handle meat, then go for it. The green veggies might be hard if you are in a flare.
