Most of what you're asking is very individual. It's tough to find what foods agree with you and can become the mainstays of your diet. There are typical avoidance foods that most of us stay away from.
I would also try staying off of lactose to see if it makes a difference, and even gluten. It takes some time and trial and error.
There are many here that take something for diahrea. If you can calm it down that way, you might feel better as well.
