I think if you were to ask 4 different doctors, you'd get 4 different opinions here, or maybe even 5! ;-)
In general they don't want a person to get a Remi infusion while having an infection and/or taking antibiotics. But it's not an absolute rule, as far as I know.
In the grand scheme of things, an ear infection is *usually* a minor infection, and an *outer* ear infection, in particular, is usually a mild infection. I doubt Remicade would affect it much.
If she had a bad inner ear or middle ear infection, with pain and fever, I'd think it reasonable to put off the Remi infusion for a week or two.
But if the outer ear infection is responding to the antibiotics, and your daughter doesn't have a fever any more (if she ever had one), then I doubt the Remi infusion would cause any problems.
If you really want to play it safe, you could postpone the infusion for a week. That's probably not necessary, but some docs might recommend it.
