Pain that gets WORSE after a bm?

Has anyone ever had stomach pain so bad and it got WORSE after a bm? I've had pain for 3 weeks off and on, middle upper abdominal. I thought it was just a stomach bug because my husband and kids have had some D, and that Remi on Monday was going to kick me back to better, but instead it has gotten worse. Today I hit an 8 for several hours and went to the ER. All my labs and the CT scan look normal. I didn't give a stool sample because I couldn't go. I've been having more BMs (like 6 per day) but most of them are formed, maybe a few loose here and there. A tiny bit of mucous and maybe a tiny bit of blood, but not much.

I've also been having stabbing pains in my c-section incision (6 months post partum), but I figured I'd formed adhesions and it was food passing. But yesterday I started spotting again (I did a few weeks ago as well), but I shouldn't be because my birth control usually prevents a period (depo-provera shot) and I'm breastfeeding.

I just feel like a leaky faucet. Every hole in my body is leaking. I passed gas yesterday and tiny bit of D came out. I'm spotting. My nose is runny from allergies, as well as watery eyes and congested ears. And my breasts leak from nursing. I feel like everything is just draining out of my body, lol.
