Entyvio side effects

I would appreciate help I can receive regarding Entyvio side effects. I received my first Entyvio infusion 2 1/2 weeks ago. Within an hour of completing the infusion I began having lower abdominal pain. Two days later I am at the ER with severe lower abdominal pain(hip bone to hip bone). I was diagnosed with a mild UTI and given antibiotic and pain meds.
Follow up with my GI doc two days later and given pred as I am also in a crohns flare.
Eight days later I begin having upper, left side discomfort. In two more days I am having SEVERE of pain on left side, in my shoulder and front and back of shoulder,half way down my arm and up the left, back side of my neck(I have done absolutely nothing to have caused injury) Also have severe muscle spasms that you can actually see occurring in my arm and weakness of the arm.
Back to the ER..ultimately admitted due to the severity of pain controlled only by strong, injectable pain meds.
Have an MRI of neck and back. Small rip in the ring of my rotator cuff and normal age wear in neck. Doctors state neither of which would cause the severe pain. Oh...hurts much worse when laying down and cold ice pack threw me to the moon! The thought is an adverse reaction to the Entyvio.
Anyone have a reaction to Entyvio like this?
