Having new issues. Have crohns and IBS ..on Remicade every month..started where no movement for 2-3 days then have a day of sever cramps. Then have constant movement for about 40 minutes then get blow out diarrhea..

Does anyone else get this..

Sounds like you could be having gastroenteritis, or even remotely maybe check for c-diff. You could always request some blood work and stool tests.
