i always wonder if folks who have issues with fruits & veggies might do ok with a gradual introduction to get the digestive system in sync -
maybe try a small piece of celery or carrot - i mean like a bite or 2 per day and work up from there - see what happens - not gonna win you any weight gain calorie contests, but maybe down the road ?
ensure ? ya, again, i consider it a rescue thing, not a long term solution -
time is the biggest thing we all have to contend with - i want to feel better NOW ! but between UC and my heart surgery a year ago, i've learned to appreciate the time that i do have and how to accept that things can wait -
