If there's no pain and output is normal, it's probably nothing serious, but it could indicate that food is getting a bit backed up behind the stoma. The intestine has to be bent at a right angle to go through the stomach wall, so there is a natural kink right behind the stoma in which food or gas can sometimes get trapped.
If output stops and you develop severe cramping pain, go to ER. Otherwise try not eating and just drinking plenty of fluids for a day. If there *is* a slight blockage, then that ought to clear it.
