Colonoscopy Prep

Not sure if everyone knows about this prep called Suprep. It was a first for me and compared to the old stuff (sorry but I do not remember the name but it came in a big plastic jug with a packet of powder that was mixed with water) this was a breeze to take. You pour a small bottle of prep into the 16 oz plastic cup that comes with the kit then fill it up to top with water. Drink that 16 ounces of mixture then two more 16 ounces of plain water within one hour. Twelve hours later repeat the process. For the whole procedure you only have to drink two 16 ounce cups of the actual prep. I cannot say it tastes any better than the old stuff but at least I could get the whole cup down in one shot. Two more cups of plain water within an hour was no problem at all!
Not sure if this prep is good for everyone but it might be worth asking about.

I've got no choice: I've been sent MoviPrep again! (Having a flex sig on the 4th April.)

Fluid ounces are meaningless to me, so I googled the conversion: 16 oz = 454 ml. It's about half the amount of MoviPrep (1000 ml or 1 litre). It's grim to get down, but I've never had a bad reaction to it.
