Experience with Insurance/Healthcare in Arkansas?

Hi All, It's been awhile since I've checked in, but I lurk from time to time.

Does anyone have experience with ACA ("ObamaCare"/Marketplace) Healthcare in Arkansas? I recently moved back to the US and no longer have insurance through my employer. I am having a hell of a time figuring it all this out. If you have any words of wisdom, knowledge of plans that are better than others, etc., please let me know! I've had to fight like the dickens to get my first Remicade infusion after moving (it was two weeks late) and again for the second infusion (it was over a week late).

I understand everyone wants to make sure I'm on the right medication, but come on -- I've been maintained on Remicade for a decade now! Keeping me on this medicine is much cheaper than me ending up in the hospital. :/

I've been online and enrolled. The plan *appears* straight forward. It's when the doctor sent the prescription to the specialty pharmacy that things went sideways. The plan said they covered Remicade with proof that I needed it. Not a problem to prove as I've been on it for ten years. Long story short....if my doctor's office, myself, and husband hadn't continuously pushed everyday, I would still be waiting for them to approve me. And I just got another letter saying my prior auth has already run out and I'll have to apply again...

I've been spoiled with national healthcare for the past ten years. I'm on a steep and painful learning curve being back in the States.
