For those on Entivyo: Should I be a biologic-naive patient?

Since Rinvoq is causing me bleeding and bruising and since EPO injections can’t make up for the loss of blood, my GI decided to switch me to the last option I have: Entivyo. Waiting for insurance approval. I once read something but I’m not sure of that patients who will take Entivyo, have to be biologic-naive patients and have no previous experience with other biologics. I have already failed Remicade and Stelara.

I have seen a study that looked at comparing the results of different biologic meds for biologic naive patients to see if there was any data to support starting a biologic naive patient on one or another. That was the extent of it and there’s no reason that Entyvio or any other medication won’t work if you have already tried another biologic. Good luck!
