Hi Myjoy,
First of all, I am so sorry for what you are going through. I thank God that your husband's job provides housing. That is a huge relief right there.
Take this one day at a time. Try not to worry about the future, though I know at this time you do have to plan for things, so you can't completely forget about it. But maybe write these things down, and then forget. This is not running from the problem, but giving your mind a chance to rest.
Have you ever thought about meditation? It is a cool way to relieve stress. I practice it a lot and use it as a way to fall asleep at night. But it can help to stop anxiety too. And I think it would do you good to learn it. Also deep breathing helps. Especially at the time of an attack. If you are having them.
Staying in the moment is a good way to fight anxiety. Because you are not only not worrying about the future, but you are not worrying about the past either. It is a good thing to practice, it keeps our minds from dwelling on things. Especially when we are going through what you are experiencing.
I hope that things work out for you. I am sure that there will be others on who are experiencing some similar things as you are. There are other members losing their homes. This is very sad to me.
Hugs, Karen
