I think I'm going through verbal abuse. Im so frustrated and confused until I don't know what to do.

Hi Summar

You need to tell us a bit more about this verbal abuse. Is it someone close to you? Someone you live with? Someone you love? You don't have to accept this behaviour from anyone, remember that. You need to tell this person that their behaviour is totally unacceptable to you and you won't stand for it any longer.

Please give us some more detail so we can help you further.
