Hey guys,

I have been working on pickiing strawberries and making strawberry jam.  So I am really busy.  I trust that you all will keep the forum going for me.  I will be on when I can.  Hi to all newbies.  I am sorry that I haven't been able to greet you.  I am glad that you are here.  We have some wonderful members that can help you with advice.

I got my betties capped and bagged up. It took me most of the day. Now I just have to make the jam. Got to rest for a day or so first. lol...

Got all my berries capped yesterday. Seven Gallons, will be making jam out of them soon. Put them in the freezer for now.

Strawberry Jam? Yummy................That sounds like an excellant summer time activity. I have been on vacation this past week so I have been on alot but starting tomorrow that will all change, really busy week at work coming up. Yesterday my husband I went canoeing for like 3 1/2 hours, today I am feeling the sore muscles but not too bad and it was so much fun.

I love canoeing. It is relaxing but yes, it is a workout. I am glad that you got to go and enjoy the water.
