so it is the new year, and with resolutions of some sort i guess, but not all.
does it really matter anyway. today is about today for me, what about you?
i live in the here and now, i try my best to look forward, but i am happy
to settle with a bit of serenity and to not overload my mind so to speak.
happiness.....hmmmmmmm with my friends, not with my family. oh well.
i have my lot to contend with, so do we all, and it keeps me very busy.
i am a continual work in progress-slow and steady is my progress-
and i will continue to follow this. i have hope in my heart, especially
for you all and all my friends, and yes for me too!! time is a wonderful
demon at times, for once i am not allowing time to dictate, come what will
with time, more go with the flow is my motto. alike you all i have things to
do, for once i am going to just go with it, let things happen out of their own
doing. okay enough for now.

I go thru depression just when my pain shoots to a 9 out of 10.

I will take it one day at a time.

Thanks for posting that Jamie. We are all a work in progress and do have to go with the flow of life. It makes it so much easier that way. We will find goals and things to look forward to, but when we are stuck, going with the flow and taking one day at a time is the best thing to do.

You always write such inspirational posts Jamie. Thank you...

Very well said ! I couldn't agree more. One day at a time is my motto... Things are just eaiser and less stressful if you think of things this way. I thank God every morning when my feet hit the floor for one more day! Thank You my friend and take care. :-)
