It is really important that he understands how the psain is limiting your life, sleep cleaning house, walking dog, hygiene, cooking everything and when he asks how are you doing, don't say ok!!! LOL

I just saw your post today hun. Sorry that you are so down and in so much pain. Just said a prayer for you. Hope you feel better very soon and I also hope that you can get some sleep. Without sleep, things seem to be worse. Take care friend, always here for you !!

i hope that this cycle passes soon. this level of depression just plain sucks!!
will give it a few more days to see what happens. steve called today, says
that he will be back in a few weeks, aaaaaaarrrrrrrrr!!!!!! i need to bloody
rest!! why don't people around me have consideration for me!! i do
everything, and i mean everything for them. i am tired, sore, depleted
and a tad agro. stuff my doctor he aint going to help. maybe the shrink
will??? maybe? i am doing as much as possible, up until the point of pain,
then that is it. thx everyone for your love and support. it means soo much
to me. i love you all. with healing compassion to all, jamie

Jamie,

I truly hope that things get better soon for you. I am glad you feel you can post here and get things off of your chest. It truly helps. Maybe by the time Steve comes back, you will be feeling better. Maybe you have to learn to say "no" once in a while. I know it is hard. I could never say no when I was younger. But when I got fibromyalgia, I had to start. It is difficult, but you got to look out for you Jamie...

Jamie I am sending some great big hugs your way we are here for you I am in the hernia forum I was reading on depression cause I am dealing with a few thimgs my self the death of my grandpa last yr did not get a chance to say goodbye he passed away from lung cancer nov 17th 2011. Sorry my name in here is Lexipoo But my real name is Alexis Hope you feel better soon there my friend :-)
