Well, had my deposition today. Over 2 hours, rehashing the past. Felt very protected by my lawyer. They requested even more records, so don't know if this is the end of it. Just glad this part is over. Now, to deal with the headache. Thank you all for being with me through this.

Morning all!

Windy and cold, but sunny. Need to wrangle with insurance this AM. My psych left the company, and there are some fill-ins docs, and they haven't yet filled my effexor. Grrr. I have called, my local pharmacy staff have called, and we keep getting told it will be done.

But clearly it ISN'T. SO, back into the fray. I do not want to drive down to the main psych office today, really I don't. And effexor withdrawal is no fun.

I am on Mom-Care for the next four days, bro/SIS have a conference. She seems to be visibly failing, so I am looking forward to the time.

Tomorrow we have tix for an Irish trad band I love. Ought to be a fun night.

Here's my funny two-some from the teaching world. The first is a personal observation--Substitute teaching is a split mix between cheerleading and bullying. I find that funy facial expressions coupled with the teacher look gets results.

Secondly, the teacher mantra:

I will not yell at people.
I will not throw things.
I will not tease the others kids.
Because I am the teacher.
I am the teacher!

Hello all,

Been a lazy day. I did clean my kitchen but that was the extent of it. Tomorrow will be bedroom and laundry. Have been eating better, YAY!!!! I hope everyone has a good day and night.

I've been a bad girl sad. I smoked 3 cigs this afternoon. It was soo long since I stopped, now I'm back to it. Just had some vodka as well. Hoping it will knock me out to sleep soon.
