Lost my glasses so everything has to be big print have had fibromyalgia for many years i’m new at this many years ago I was on a chat room fibro fog I am-very slow printing or typing So I use the speaker to say what I need to say so bear with me and get slow for me sometimes is there anybody out there we can talk fibromyalgia depression anxiety memory loss happy days I like to talk about happy days

May I ask that you use punctuation when you post? It makes for easier reading. Not having to figure out where a sentence stops and begins. Thank you in advance.

When did you get diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I have it too. Have had it since 2002.

It takes a lot of adjusting. Learning your limitations all over again. Grieving what you can no longer do and learning to live with what you can do.

Fibro is no fun.

There is also a Fibro board and an anxiety board on HealingWell. They can be helpful.

Many fibro people mourn their lost abilities. It is hard when things change so radically. I am of the mindset that I will still do many things, despite fibro. It will not define who i am.

I know it is hard to use the speaker, I use it some times when my hands shake too much, side effect from meds.

I can get the comma and period, by just saying it. The rest I have to edit.

I also have chronic pain, though not fibromyalgia. I use mediation and mindfulness to deal with and actually reduce the pain level.

There is an app for phones entitled Insight Timer, it is free. Then there is the web site mindful.org
