Well, yes some news i have sat on for a few days- i will be next yr taking up a pro bono
role with my former support worker to do psycho social recovery coaching and some intake.
She has her business registered and has approval for NDIS clients. you will have to look it up.
To assist her with getting set up i will be working for free, doing what i can. Yes down the track a small donation for upkeep may come into play.

We had a lengthy discussion the other day and a sit down for Monday. I have registered for a course via zoom on peer supports in mental health, it will keep me abreast of what is new. She has been doing other training and i can bring her in on this as my educational support thus she gets free upskilling and not cough up more coin. I am listening to a live concert of my fav manic band, system of a down.

Since regional Victoria has opened up i am engaging an organization to assist me get back into some voluntary
work to feel comfortable and progress. Bought Microsoft 365 for the year so i am not mucking about. A friend is donating me a recliner chair as mine went to reclining heaven, getting late so i will end.

Last Thursday i went to the garden plot our service provider has. Nice place, planted some Brocolini, Parsely and others. Very relaxed place. Been engaging with the peer stuff program with a service provider as well.
Support coordinator got approval to write a letter for the solicitor, yeah, red bullet, sent it off- more to do though.
Setting up an intercom, inside has a video screen, outside push button. Detached other ring bell. It been wet n cold, and our state has copped some freakish rain. sleep hard, nearly 2am. Had my security door key bolt barrel just come out last week, the contactor agreed, someone had a crack at it.. Lucky it a crim-safe door, 3 way locking, and darn near impossible to break into. It sorted and he rekeyed the lock. Ps, speed bump was put in last Tuesday, just down the street, happy days, put the brakes on the Hoons- it already has, joy joy!!

It is 15ks away, the garden plot.
Albeit will buy an old wheelbarrow from the tip shop to plant some things.

Emailed lawyer today, this is a community legal centre for people on the disability support pension,
consumer action legal centre. I will need advocacy for other info. Advised i can not do anymore.
Art session on thursday, and brief catch up online with shrink.
Video doorbell intercom, excellent. Safety is an issue around here.
Yes being mindful when i can trendy, though meditation is difficult.

and since the newbies are just from this arvo she is letting them know. But they are settling
and i know she happy to have more friends.
