Hey Poohbear, sorry I haven't gotten back with you in a while. You know people always ask's, " what is the matter/" and that is really a stupid question, that is what I asked you before( forgive me), if you knew the answer to that question then you would not be asking for info. A lot of guilt goes with not being able to work because of your condition,( I know cause I have been off work for one and a half years). It's a hard thing to bear. If you can look deep down in your soul and try to help someone else with similar problems it might give you great satisfaction and at the same time make you feel better about
yourself. That is what I do for my depression besides taking one Lexapro in the morning and one and a half clonazepam at night. That is the only advice I can give at this time. everyones system is different and it is hard even for doctors to pinpoint the problem, but it begins with beleiving in yourself and knowing that their are no two people exactly alike. You are a one of a kind, but when it comes to the heart and soul we are all together. hang in there, dig deep into your soul and ask, lord what is going on?
good luck, hobnob
