I think for it to be successful, you have to believe for one, and two, you need to work with it. Start walking, eat healthy, eat at proper times of the day. I found that scheduling your eating helps. If you don't eat, your body goes into starvation mode and stores fat. You still have the birth control pill to contend with, so you will have to work extra hard. I would cut back on carbs. Eat a lot of protein, not too much though. And eat a lot of vegetables. That has helped me. I am cooking a cauliflower today.
I wish you the best. Keep a positive attitude. Whenever I took wellbutrin, I lost weight, I took it twice. I just couldn't tolerate the dose I needed for my depression. It made me too nervous. Like I say, think positive...
