One day at a time is all you can do, and once you start doing it, you will find that it is a lot easier than thinking about the past or future. Living in the moment it is called. It really helps to relieve the mind. Keep practicing it. It does help.
I sure do hope that you feel better soon. Keep posting JMP, it does help to get things off of your chest, and we all understand what you are going through. I find walking helps me to be mindful. It gets the endorphins going too, and relaxes me. I try to walk daily, but with the weather, it has been hard. The winter hurts me there.
