I am sad since I have the anemia condition though. I don't have energy to do the things I want to do though. I don't know if I can get rid of this condition ya. I think it may take awhile though. Anyone here that is sad to have this condition though. How do you deal with it. I want to get rid of it so that I will want to do the things I want ya.

Are you seeing a doctor? How bad is your anemia?
I was anemic for years. A nurse told me to take a table spoon of black strap molasses every morning.
It worked. Lots of iron in it.
If you are NOT diabetic you might want to try this.
Peace

Ya I saw someone for my condition though. I just had a transfusion a little while ago. I don't know why I am still pretty tired though. I thought it should give me more energy ya. Do you not have the anemia condition already. How did you get rid of the anemia though. I hope I can so that I will want to do things ya.

I eat foods high in iron such as spinach. Plus I did the molasses.
My body corrected itself. I still eat a balance, whole food diet.

Ya I have done some treatment for my condition already. i don't know why I don't feel like it worked though. I still don't have much energy to do anything. I am sad since I thought I should be getting better ya. Does anyone know how long it takes after getting treatment for the anemia condition to actually feel like you have more energy though. I think it's just making me more sad since I don't really want to do things. I mean I want to try even though I am tired to do so though. Anyone can give me some advice. Thanks.
