Thank you guys so much for the responses. Its obvious that whether or not I have actual depression, I am highly sensitive. I need to be careful. I am feeling somewhat better. I do feel like getting out the bed now finally. But, I still find it hitting me randomly when I think about
it throughout the day. I am going to talk to my doctor about
my issues, because this has happened twice with sad movies where I would be down for two weeks to a month. I will try to refrain from watching sad movies, but sometimes sad scenes come unexpected, as the recent one lol. Thanks again for your help.
