You are not alone.
Time will ease the pain, you will be ok.
Grief support groups are a good idea to check out, see if it works for you.
Nights are the worse, so stay busy in the evens, read, crotche, do art projects, get involved in church, volunteering.
You can read poems or short stories at the local nursing homes. They love that stuff.
Stay strong, we are hear for you.
