I need time to heal and think things through

I'm so very sorry I've not been on here more, things were going good I was getting active in life, when crap happened and husband was mean.

Now I need time to heal and think things through and how I want my life to go. Therapy will help and time.
So going to be away from here, gosh how I still miss Barbara (Lupus Forum). Everything emotionally just hurts.
Hope y'all will understand and I'm so very sorry.

I've been through so much abuse in my life from family growing up (can't pick our families, wish I could've). I just need time.

Thank you for being there for me when I needed it and Thank you for the help, I found a book to help as well. Time to start mending again. Going to cry, hug my kitties (4 boy cats) and maybe stitch...

Sounds like me - things get better, then something stupid seems to drop me back to the beginning again. Maybe it's 2 steps forward, 1 step back, and we don't go as far backwards as it seems at first.

I think lots of us who knew Barb are having a hard time right now. Almost a year since we lost her. At least I've passed the stage of finding myself going to the phone to call her.

Hang in there, take the time you need to heal. Yesterday I lay in bed all day and read 3 books! That's what always helps me, today I am actually out of bed and feeling a bit better.
