My name is Eric, I'm 12 years old coming close to 13, but for a while now I have been feeling depressed but now I'm trying to get help, the reason I've been depressed is because of the kids at school, they would call me names and intenionaly try to get me mad, but it just hurts, and I want to get help but I'm afraid that if I tell someone that I'm battling depression that they might get up and run away.

hi eric. talk to your teacher. it is ok and the best thing. what these kids are doing is bullying and is a no no. by speaking up you can stop this and from this happening to other kids. most schools have bullying support groups. depression is not nice. pls talk to mum and dad as well. these kids need to know the impact this is causing you. you have been brave in coming here. keep being brave mate.

Do you have a counselor at school that you can talk to? Eric, I believe we have to be 14 to be on this forum. I am real sorry. I can see you need support.

Eric, Karen is right you are under the age limit.

Bullying is never right or acceptable. Talk to an adult you trust, any adult.
