Hi everyone - It's been awhile since I've posted but I do come check in from time to time, so I hope this finds you well.
It's that time of year... I haven't been sleeping well at all and the rumination is out of control. I weaned myself off my AD earlier in the year and felt like I was doing pretty good being off of it, but it's times like these that make me wish I had stayed on it. My rumination is so bizarre though.. it's not always thoughts, more often than not it will be a song, or a couple lines from a show or book... it drives me insane.
I do know that I struggle more around the holidays (like many others) but I wasn't ready for the insomnia along with the constant rumination. Anyone have any tricks or tips they use to help calm their mind?
