Hi!
Can this be Diabetes?
Around 1-2 hour after a big meal food, (Carb included) I get very tired and soar in the eyes.
Is this a diabetes reaction or how will one react when having it?

Hi James and welcome. It's possible that after a big meal,
especially
with carbs, that you get very tired. Thanksgiving dinner is notorious for this. The only way you would know it's the food would be if you tested your blood sugar at that time.

James, so basically since many people would have that reaction after a big meal like that, the only way to find out if it's a 'normal' reaction or not would be if your doctor orders some lab tests (blood tests). There are red flags, too.
If
you have family members with diabetes, and if you are carrying extra weight, then it would certainly be a very good idea to see your family doctor and discuss your health with him/her. If there's any doubt in your mind (for example, the fact that you're coming here and asking this question), then if I were you, I would make an appointment as soon as possible so you're not worrying about
this.
