Hello alunke82. I remember that you posted here last year with similar symptoms. I don't know what's going on from all the symptoms, to be honest.
Your A1c result is higher than normal but your fasting 5.7 is only a little elevated. I don't know if the stomach pain and diarrhea are associated with your blood sugar. Dizziness can be many things: very high blood sugar, very low blood sugar, very high blood pressure, very low blood pressure or other conditions, maybe medications if you are taking them. Neuropathy in the feet might be from diabetes but also from nerve damage caused by injury to the back or legs.
So, the best advice I can give you is to find an endocrinologist who specializes in certain conditions like diabetes, thyroid, etc. You need a trusted doctor to give more advanced tests to find out what this is.
I can help you with understanding your blood sugar if you write down the food you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And what you are drinking, too. If you keep a food journal every day with your food and your blood sugar that will also help your doctor see what's going on.
Are you being treated for Lyme Disease?
