I'm so sorry you are having all of these problems. I know it doesn't seem fair being sick at such an early age. I started with all of my health problems in my 20's also. But, there is always hope, as long as you continue with the search.
I do understand what you are saying about the doctors. It's the same for me. Either they don't know what I have and what causes it or they do know what I have and can't do anything about it! It can be irritating but I never gave up and have had a full and enjoyable life. We are here to help you.
I don't know where you live but, if you are in the US, here is a link to some doctors that treat fibromyalgia in each state. Maybe one is close to you.

I don't see a rheumatologist, either. I use a board certified Internist as my doctor. They treat the whole body and I have had luck with them.
Did you get a chance to read the Fibro 101 thread...the first thread on the forum? You might get some ideas for things that will help you. You will learn a lot about fibro, too, and knowledge is power.
Try to think more positively about your situation. I know that can be very difficult when in a flare. I've been in a flare all summer. It happens to me every year but, the thing about a flare that is good is that it does end. So, look to each day with anticipation and look at all the things you CAN do and I think that will help you get control of this.
I do hope you start to feel better. Let us know how you are doing.
