Sorta OT - Fibro Song

Ok, so.....I am gonna write a poem about living with Fibromyalgia/CFS. Then Dan, my fiance, (and a music composition major) is gonna turn it into a song. I need your input. Anyone have any advice? Anyone have anything I should make sure to include? Things you would say?

Anything would be greatly appreciated!

Well dont forget to include the fog, the pain, the depression, the weight gain from the lyrica, the pain meds, the hot baths, the drs not believing you, others looking at you funny when you say you have fibro, staying at home, losing your friends, isolation, the great forum here at healing well. Did I leave anything out???

I would also make sure to keep humor in your song laced with just a touch of sorrowful undertones.

Good luck on this project.. sounds fun..

have you ever heard the song by Rob Johnson... her Dimonds.. its about his wife who has Lups.. it fits very very well for Fibro also check it out .
