Has anyone tried Feldenkrais for their pain? I was first introduced to this stretching/relaxation a few months ago when I participated in a pain management program. Unfortunately I have not kept up with my practice of it, but I am hoping to get remotivated and begin again. It really helped me, especially on my really bad days. It's amazing how much little small movements can do to loosen you up and decrease the pain.
I am also trying to get back into walking/working out - I know it will be a very very slow start. I know that this not only will benefit me but my husband will go more if he has my company.
I know many people speak highly of walking but I hadn't seen too many people speak of yoga or something like Feldenkrais. If you've never even heard of Feldenkrais I encourage you to look into it and see if you can't find something on youtube or something like that to give it a try. I'd be curious to hear what others think!
