A spray that helps

I have tried all kinds of sprays and creams so when my mom brought home a new spray I was skeptical but this one works rather well. Its called Muscle Mist. My mom was drawn to the table because the woman selling it was talking about Fibromyalgia among other things. It was $17 for a small spray bottle. Usually this type of spray just makes my muscles feel cold and really has no effect but I use just a little of this spray makes my muscles feel warm and really dulls the pain.

Thanks for the information. I am skeptical about products like that, but if you say it makes your muscles feel warm, that is enough to get me curious. I use a bed buddy a lot. It warms up the muscles in the neck and shoulders. I wish you luck with the spray. I hope that it helps you.

Try an Infra red lamp. Quite cheap on eBay!
