Hi all,
Luckily my FM hasn't been too bad this year...so far!!! But for the past 3 days I've had constant cramp in my left thigh, today it has also been in my right thigh.
Just wondering if anyone else gets this and what can i do to relieve it?

oh yes. Warm baths help. But I add some bath salts to my bath like lavender. I am also on muscle relaxer, which doesn't always help.

Many years ago I got leg cramps, my cardio told me to drink a small glass of tonic water. Maybe 4-6 oz. I did, and the cramps went away. The stuff tasts nasty by itself, much better mixed with gin. LOL!!!!!!!

Deepwell....I was just wanting to make sure that anyone who comes to the boards....as they may be new or just reading them without signing up....is only using the internet as research only, including this site.
That it should be where they always discuss anything they read with their Dr.
As even herbs or supplements can be dangerous if someone doesn't need them or already has high levels in their system. Or they can mix the wrong way with other medications one may be taking.
So...that's really all I wanted to point out is when we direct people to do research online...That the end result is to JUST read information. They should absolutely talk with their DR. before taking anything new, including herbs or supplements.
We both have the same intention of wanting to help people on here...I'm just adding the part about
talking with their Dr.:)
