FMS and Life Insurance?

Hi,
Anyone apply for life insurance and get denied?

I recently applied and am awaiting hopefully good news that my application was approved, but I have heard stories of many ppl being denied bc of fibro.

Aside from this, I suffer from no other illness (thank God), am 34 yrs old and pretty healthy. Any advice/suggestions/personal experiences?

You should be accepted. Fibro isn't a life-threatening illness. It's a painful one but it isn't a terminal one. If you had cancer or heart disease then I could understand a denial but you said other than fibro that you are healthy.

Let is know what the decision is, okay? I'll send out a prayer that you get it.

I had problem getting life insurance last year (29 years old). I applied while pregnant so that may have complicated things more. Since some of my flares have been so crazy that my heart was affected and tests had to be run it mad the Fibro seem worse than we all know it is. Also, they are clumping Fibro in with all the autoimmune diseases so that is making it harder for us as well.
