Wackers, welcome :)
To answer your question, 3 1/2 years ago, at the rock bottom of my health, way over weight, completely out of shape, with hard-core Fibro and IBS.... yes. I still worked, But barely :( I was just in horrendous shape, and my quality of life was approaching zero.
Skip forward to today.... I ran my butt off at work for 8 hrs (made a few decent $, so that's good, right ? :)) then, got off just in time to get to my hill climb.... 4.2 mile RT, with a 965 ft elevation climb.
And ya' know, its funny.... After 8hrs of running around, lifting, squatting, twisting and turning, I was like, "Holy $#%^ I'm already tired.... and now this ?
But once I got things pumping again, it really turned out to be a good climb... 48 min. My PB is 46.
So yea'.... not only is it possible, but I'm keeping up with 18 yo kids.... and I'm 48 ;)
Best wishes, I know how bad Fibro sucks ! Nobody should have to deal with that BS
Peace,
Fish
