Good for you for getting back into exercising! I know how difficult it can be just to get started. After I moved back to lawrence I slowly started getting back into running and swimming and have felt awesome because of it. It takes time to get back to where you want to be but it will pay off. I started out mainly walking and then doing a walk/run and now I am running anywhere from 5 to 10 miles 3 days out of the week. I still let my body dertermine how far I go. If I listen I don't have any issues with flare ups. So keep up the good work and keep us posted on how you are doing! The endorphins produced when working out are a wonderful thing, it's amazing how the pain goes away and emotionally you feel confident and calm.
