I am needing a new mattress.  Does anyone have any recommendations for mattresses for people with Fibro?

I have heard a lot of good things about the sleep number beds. Some have a/c and heaters built in, but the best thing is that you can adjust the bed to fit how your feeling and what your body needs or wants.

They are a little more expensive, but from what I have heard worth every penny. Me and my husband are saving up for one.

I fbd that the couch works for me from time to time!!

Joking aside, you should definitely try and test some out obviously. The sleep number sounds like a good idea but when I tried one years ago I wasn't impressed. The temper pedic types seem comfy too but I still have my doubts.

Research and test.

Temper was too firm for me when I was trying out beds. I wound up with a inner spring with a thick pillow top. I plan to add a mattress topper soon.
