Tingling in the back of the head?

Hi everyone. I get tingling and odd sensations all over with Fibro so it never bothers me,but lately I've been getting them on the back of my head and this is new. Does anyone else get this?

A year or so ago, I started telling my dr. that my nose and upper lip will feel numb.............not tingling like it is asleep, but more like when you go out in the cold during winter and come back into a warm house.........  He said it was nerves.

Since around Christmas time, I am now having that sensation around the crown of my head.  (about the size of a yarmulke hat)  I haven't rushed to be seen since it is the same feeling that my nose and lip get at times.

I probably get a lessoning of the symptoms if I get my magnesium back up to where it should be.
