Hi heart,
Been on tramadol for 12 yrs. It is the only thing that takes my pain down to bareable. 100mg twice daily. If I'm in a flare my Dr said it's OK to do a third dose. I've done that like twice in 12 yrs.
Worked 14 hrs today (iPhone 6 came out and my store was off the chain crazy.) So I made sure to strategically plan my two doses for the day.
I am like myself09 try not to take it before bed. In some people it can give you energy and I don't need that at bed time. I have not developed a tolerance to it after all these yrs. Meaning I don't have to take more.
I will admit I'm dependent on it. Not addicted but dependent on it for helping take the edge off.
I also very rarely will take klonopin for anxiety. But this Lady named Sherrine has helped me behind the scenes tackle anxiety, that is why I rarely use the klonopin. At night I take 25mgs of nortriptoline for sleep. Any more than that and I am soooooo groggy in the morning and cursing the sunlight lol.
I also use magnesium malate supplements as well. In fact the same brand and dose as Sherrine (I'm the male version of her I believe) lol. And vitamin D.
I get lots of movement helping customers during the day, so that helps also. Hope I've helped some.
