general malaise

I think I have asked this before - but does anyone get a feeling of general malaise with their fibro? Everyday I get to about 2 or 3pm and start to feel like im coming down with something viral...but never properly materialises

What do people do to help this or perhaps its just part of acceptance?

I know our cold weather system and the floods / damp we have here doesnt help this...Just hoping I wasnt alone :o(

I read somewhere today about drinking manuka honey and cinnamon in boiling water for 28 days straight will help this malaise - i know its a bit far fetched but im gonna try it!

I get this really bad when I have flare-ups, which sometimes last weeks and months. Feel like I have the worst respiratory flu ever. Went to doctor many times before I was diagnosed and they never found any sign of anything upon examination and blood work. It's frustrating to feel like this.
