Like I said, I think (as do my doctors) that is likely is a nerve issue - Small Fiber Polyneuropathy (which has been found in about 40-50% of Fibro folks and causes problems ranging from the numbness and tingling pain we get, all the way up to urinary, sexual, digestive, and even heart and lung issues). Still waiting on the test results to come back on this.
I've done Pelvic PT (which involved kegels, biofeedback, and a few others things) to no avail. The waking at night is new and I think likely connected to this new med. The issue for me is more urgency and a lack of ability to control (if my body says I must go, I must go asap or I won't make it, and my body is not one to give a lot of notice).
I'm with you on meds, Inspiration?, I tend to find the rare side effects of most meds, and it doesn't take much for that to happen. Either that or the med works backwards and just worsens the problem.
