13 hours can get to normal people!!!
I can sit ok, but if i sit too long at once , am very stiff on rising..and without some back support , my back can get iffy..
So my car is great..cause it has lumbar support that works well for me..
I do so much better if i do not forget all my stretching..if i miss that even a day or two.. I regret it..
Wonder if you should look up trigger points for the thigh? If i have a stuck trigger point, the pain can get quite intense!!
