1-Breathe and take a moment now and whenever you can. Not everyone is into meditation, but the basic ideas of taking a mental 'time-out' to just be is a very helpful thing in a stressful situation. I do it pretty often in recent years, and believe it really helps me. In our busy world today, down-time is often smart phone time, which is driving the brain further rather than letting it rest.
2-Get a room there for the night before and the night of. Yes, it's expensive, but maybe work can spring for it. This way you will have a place to 'go' when you have a moment and can rest.
3-The usual hydration, rest when you can, dress as comfortably as you can, etc.
Good luck!
