Hi Peers
This is a big idea and I am onboard. We need to start with meetings and decide how to proceed, what's first is there ongoing cirriculumn w speakers support peer groups or something different? Is it free to all, do we get a grant or charge fees?..
Can a moderator help us to learn how to contact each other?

You can put your email address in your profiles and contact each other that way. To find someone email just click on their name and it will take you to their profile.

I am interested, but dont want to put my email out in my profile. I had a thought that we could start a Google plus group for meet ups. I will check into it and let you know what I find.

I totally understand. I did not want to as well. Let me/ us know what u find. I already have this all in my head ;) but wish to work with others. I hope this creates a idea generator without going to far from my vision. I have been planning this for about a year.
By the way, I visited your blog. I am just starting one that is similar in some ways. I had a great "toolkit" 13 yrs ago, 2 yrs after my fibro grabbed me by the neck and shook my life apart; currently I am trying to reinvent it. This is a huge part of my idea of a general cirriculumn, with individuals tailoring it for their needs. Looks like we read some similar books:)
I am working on basic certification in toolkits right now.

Thanks for visiting the blog. I have not kept up with it for the past couple of months, but should be getting back to it. I started it on the idea that I built up tools, but when I am in pain, I cant think of what works for what. My husband reminds me to try this or that, but sometimes it all feels overwhelming. I started doing this for myself and thought I should share. I wanted a positive way to contribute. I try not to post when I am misrable. It ruins the point.

I looked up google plus. It is easy to create a community for this. There are some options to decide on, as per this link.

I am on one of these with the chronically awesome folks. It isnt as structured as we were discussing, but good material.

Would we focus on Fibro? Or include all invisibles?

Hi ladies,
Apologies for the disappearing act. The last two weeks were very hard, physically and emotionally. And I didn't get my usual pings that someone had bumped this thread, peculiar.

I am down for a google group and have also added my email address (for a short time) if anybody wants to urgently discuss. If you each want to reach out to me, and then I can reply all and we will be able to communicate on one thread and I'll be the only one getting crazy spam (too late, my inbox is horrendous).

My vote is to start small. Become efficient and effective in one condition and then branch out after we have made fibro self sustaining. Kind of like a business. :)

Googleplus looks like a place to start; question, are we posting separately, like a blog, or can we meet all at once there?
We can start there to see if we are one the same/ similar path, and, take it off this forum. I think I can start it and then for a month we all post our outlines, look them over, ask questions and so on. After that, if we all agree we should be skyping.
Do you wish me to create this over the next several days? I would make it private.
AnnaBanana, any issues with this first step? FireFly, do you prefer to create group?

I think that's a great idea. I have the next few days off and I will start putting ideas onto 'paper'.

I sent you both an e-mail. Sorry for me being so pokey. Work has been crazy this week and have company coming.

Thank you bith for checking the blog. The positive of being a PM is working at home. I can take advantage of a work style that I couldnt manage otherwise. I love the beta testing. I find it fun and different. I am hoping to get back to it when my physical therapy gets a little firther along. It's possible that I never grew up and like to try lots of ne things :)

I think this sounds like a lot of fun.
