Zolpidem.
I was prescribed rozerem when it first came on the market, but most traditional insurances won't pay for it. It was great.
This left me with the generic ambien. It didn't really work well for quite some time. it was better than nothing, but I still wasn't getting quality rest.
Then I made a discovery. I had a killer migraine, so took some acetaminophen and no tramadol before bed. Slept great. I went, "Hmmm."
After some experimentation, I discovered that the tramadol, which sends an energy signal to the brain, interfered with the ambien. I checked this with the doctor, who agreed this could be the culprit.
Since then,no tramadol after 3 pm. It's like a different drug.
However, it is very addictive. Times I have missed my pill for whatever reason have been awful, awful.
